Booking Information:

Yes, we accept reservations! To secure your session, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required at the time of booking. Once the retainer is secured, a Release Form must be completed prior to your session. The remaining balance is due upon your arrival at the studio or location.

Punctuality is key to ensuring the best experience. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be canceled, and a $50 late fee will be applied. Thank you for trusting Will B. Shots to bring your vision to life!

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your session. Your retainer can be applied to a future booking within 30 days.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the loss of your retainer.

Image Delivery & Editing:

Final images will be processed and retouched within a minimum of one week (7 days). If you’d like additional images retouched, there is a fee of $20 per image. Rush edits are available for an additional $100.

Once your images are delivered via a secure link, please download and save them to your computer immediately, as we cannot guarantee storage or retrieval of your files after delivery.
